Legendary Dwellers come equipped with an Outfit and/or a Weapon, which you can also equip onto other Dwellers within your Vault. These Dwellers will start at a high level and have 40 SPECIAL stat points distributed between all of their stats. Legendary Dwellers can be obtained via Cards found in Lunchboxes you unlock.
